At Happy Paws Haven, we’re committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required!

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time:

Our handling time is between 0 to 1 business day after an order is placed.

Transit & Delivery Time:

• Shipping typically takes between 1 to 14 business days once your order has been fulfilled.

• Total estimated delivery time is between 1 to 15 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier conditions.

Additional Notes:

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, due to carrier delays, or depending on destination country and customs processing (for Canada and Mexico).
